I developed the brand story and tone of voice in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders across the business. Working with ThoughtFull, I helped shape the narrative for Kiwibank’s transformation, repositioning the brand to appeal to a new generation of progressive customers and talent.
The work involved translating a bold new brand strategy into a clear, authentic story that could be expressed confidently across channels. I developed tone of voice principles and guidelines to bring the new positioning to life, ensuring the language reflected Kiwibank’s ambition, values and deep commitment to Aotearoa.
